If I order NASCAR or Police scanner today when will I receive it? FAST! Many orders are received in 2 or 3 days, however some can take up to 5 for UPS ground.

 

Orders are shipped same day when received by 3 pm. We use UPS, and include signature confirmation and insurance with every order.

International Shipping is only available to Canada
Attention Canadian customers: The only products available to Canada are Uniden Police Scanners, and Scanner Packages. Icom scanners, large antennas, and other items may not be available for shipping to Canada. Please contact us via email for details on non Uniden Scanner products. All products shipping to Canada will be shipped UPS ground ONLY. There will be no exceptions. We appreciate your business.

TheRadioCompany.com promises our customers will be 100% satisfied. If you’re not 100% satisfied within 30 days and it is defective, send it back to us via UPS or US Mail and we will exchange your items no questions asked. After 10 days we will accept returns no matter what the reason. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days, but after 30 days the normal factory warranties still apply.

If you are making a return please include:

  • Your Name, Address, and Phone Number

  • Order Number

  • Is the product defective, or unopened?

  • In a few words why are you returning?

Remember all Uniden Scanners are covered under full Uniden warranty. Contact Uniden for warranty questions as per the warranty information that’s provided with your new item. Other products may carry a different warranty. All our products are new, unopened, and are factory fresh items. We NEVER SELL refurbished units, unless it’s CLEARLY stated. Refurbished units offer great value and from time to time we may offer them for sale. They are covered under warranty as well as stated by factory.
 

TheRadioCompany.com accepts returns on merchandise from Uniden within 10 days. Returns that are over 10 days old may be accepted. This will be determined only by TheRadioCompany.com. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us. However if we are shipping a new product for you, we will cover those costs in most cases.
 

When we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue you a credit in the amount paid within 48 business hours from the time that we receive your return. Items MUST be complete. Meaning all paperwork, all products must be included in the same manner it was received. How you paid is how we will refund your money. For example if you mailed us a check, we will issue you a check for your return in 10 business days. If you paid by credit card a refund will be issued to the same account you paid us with. There are no exceptions. If you have a question as to if we refunded your credit card, please call your company to verify the refund as they sometimes take a few business days to appear as a refund. Net term customers will be refunded back to their net account.
 

Returns for government rate customers, or special pricing customers (government, news rooms, business etc) are not accepted. However your products are covered under full warranty. If your items arrive DOA, please get a RA# and we will be fast to get you a new product.
 

In the unlikely event you need to make a return, you must get authorization by emailing us, or calling us. Emails will be answered as soon as possible. Please include a signature confirmation when sending items back to us. Also make sure your returning all items in new condition. Original boxes, packing material, paperwork, accessories, and product. If we determine that you returned an item with missing parts, poor condition, abused, dropped, miswired, modified, broken, or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return, and/or charge you a 25% restock fee.
